AOC Recruitment 2023 Post Wise Pay and Salary Details
The Tradesman in Army Ordinance Corps are of Level 1 Posts and Fireman in AOC are of Level 2 Posts. The Starting Basic for Tradesman mate is Rs 18,000 and the starting basic for Fireman is Rs 19,900. The Pay Scale as per the 7th CPC is as follows:

AOC Recruitment 2023 Tradesman Mate, Fireman Selection Procedure
Depending on the number of applications received, the number of candidates for tests will be restricted by the system based short listing process based on the marks obtained in the prescribed minimum educational qualification for the post(s). For the posts of Fireman & Tradesman Mate, where physical/endurance test is prescribed prior to written test, a ratio of 1:75 i.e. number of application per post will be considered
The selection procedure is in 2 Stages:

Note-I The paper will consist of objective type-multiple choice questions only. The questions will be set both in English and Hindi, except General English, English Language & Comprehension.
