CRPF Recruitment 2023 Eligibility
The candidates must possess the required eligibility criteria to apply for CRPF Constable Recruitment 2023. Any candidates who don’t meet the requirement, their applications will not be accepted.
CRPF Constable Recruitment 2023 Education Qualification
Candidates must have completed their high school (Class 10th) or equivalent exam from a board or university recognized by the Central or State Government.
CRPF Recruitment 2023 Age Limit
As on 1/08/2023, the candidates must fall in the age group of 18 to 23 years (should not be born before 02/08/2000 and later than 01/08/2005) to be eligible to apply for all posts except the drive posts.
The age limit for driver posts is 21 to 27 years. Candidates who are planning to register themselves for drive posts should not have been born earlier than 02/08/1996 and later than 01/08/2002.

CRPF Recruitment Selection Process
The candidates eligible for Constable (Technical and Tradesman) posts through CRPF Recruitment 2023 will be selected through the following stages. The candidates have to qualify in each stage for their final selection.
- Online Written Exam (CBT)
- Physical Standards Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Skill Test
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Stage 1- Computer Based Test (CBT): There will be only one Paper in the online examination containing 100 questions each carrying 1 mark of 120 minutes duration.
Candidates scoring below mentioned cut off marks in CBT will be considered eligible for shortlisting to the next stage of the recruitment process:.
Stage 2- Skill Test (Typing- HC and Short Hand- ASI): Candidates qualifying for the CBT will be called for the next stage of recruitment i.e. Skill Test. A typing test for Constable posts and Short Hand for ASI posts.
Stage 3- Physical Standard Test (PST): The candidate is screened for physical standards test (PST) i.e. height, chest, and weight measurements. The candidates who do not fulfil the laid down physical standard will be eliminated.
Stage 4- Document Verification: Eligible candidates will be called for a Document Verification.
Stage 5- Medical Examination: Eligible candidates will be called for a Medical examination. Candidates will be declared either FIT or UNFIT.
CRPF Recruitment 2023 Exam Pattern
The exam will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) with 100 MCQs carrying 100 marks, with the following composition.
The duration of the CRPF Constable exam is 120 Minutes. The CBT (computer-based test) will only be conducted in English and Hindi.
There will be a negative marking of 0.25 mark for each incorrect answer

How to apply CRPF Constable Recruitment 2023:
- Applications will be accepted ONLINE only. Hence, candidates are required to apply only online. No other mode for submission of application is allowed.
- Recruitment will be conducted on domicile based pattern.
- Computer Based Test will be conducted in English and Hindi.
- Computer Based Test/Physical Standard Test (PST)/Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Trade Test / Document Verification /
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME)/Review Medical Examination (RME) will be scheduled and conducted by the CRPF.
- Collection of required eligibility certificates/documents from the candidates and their verification will be carried out at the time of Detailed Medical Examination (DME) by the CRPF.
- Category wise vacancies of Constable (Technical/Tradesmen) will be filled as per the vacancies available in various States/UTs. Final selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in CBT.
- Final result will be declared by the CRPF based on the performance of candidates in the CBT subject to their qualifying the PST/PET/
- Trade test/Medical examination and other conditions stipulated in the Recruitment Notice.
- Admit card for any stage of examination will not be sent by post. Facility for download of admit cards will be provided at the website of CRPF http://www.crpf.gov.in. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the website of the CRPF for the updates on examination schedule and download Admit Cards for each stage of examination.
- The candidates should bring two coloured print out of admit card at the time of each stage of examination. One copy of admit card will be handed over at the examination centre.
